Call To Order Board Members Present: Board Chair Gerald Beninga, Board Member Sarah Cole, Board Member Dean Karsky, Board Member Matt McAreavey, Board Member Mike Milstead Board Members Absent: Board Member Curt Soehl, Board Member Jon Thum Board Chair Gerald Beninga called the meeting to order at 10:02 a.m. 2. Approval of Meeting Minutes A. Metro Management Executive Board Meeting of Tuesday, March 26, 2024 Board Member Matt McAreavey made the motion to approve the Metro Management Executive Board Meeting Minutes of Tuesday, March 26, 2024. Board Member Karsky seconded the motion. Voice vote to approve: 5 Yes: Beninga, Cole, Karsky, McAreavey, Milstead 0 No: (None). Motion Passed. Due to timing constraints, the Manager's Report was heard at this time. See item for details. 3. Quarterly Financial Update Sam Stanforth, Business Analyst, gave the quarterly financial update. Financials were discussed following the report. 4. Manager's Report Mike Gramlick, Metro Manager, gave the Manager's Report. Following the report, there was some discussion held on staffing levels. 5. 2024 Meetings Scheduling There was a discussion had regarding the remaining meetings for the year. No action was taken. 6.
