Call To Order Present: Board Member Curt Soehl, Board Member Dean Karsky, Board Chair Gerald Beninga, Board Member Mike Milstead, Board Member Jon Thum, Board Member Matt McAreavey Absent: Board Member David Barranco Meeting called to order at 4 p.m. by Board Chair Gerald Beninga. Approval of Meeting Minutes A. Metro Management Executive Board Meeting of Monday, April 21, 2025. Board Member Matt McAreavey made the motion to approve the Meeting Minutes of Monday, April 21, 2025. Board Member Thum seconded the motion. Voice vote to approve: 5 Yes: Soehl, Karsky, Milstead, Thum, McAreavey 0 No: (None). Motion Passed. Quarterly Financial Update Sam Stanforth, Business Analyst, gave the quarterly financial update. Financials were discussed following the report. Manager's Report Aimee Chase, Metro Manager, gave the Manager's Report and spoke on current and future staffing. She also provided some additional information on training for the different types of positions and qualification timelines. Public Input Brian Soehl introduced himself and mentioned sharing information on a new communications product.
