MINUTES Operations Committee Meeting Tuesday, August 12, 2025 at 1:30 PM Carnegie Town Hall, 235 West 10th St., Sioux Falls, South Dakota 57104 1. Call to Order Present: Committee Chair Jennifer Sigette, Committee Member David Barranco, Committee Member Curt Soehl Absent: Committee Member Rich Merkouris Operations Committee Chair Jennifer Sigette called the meeting to order at 1:30 p.m. 2. Approval of Minutes A. Tuesday, May 20, 2025 A motion was made by Committee Member Barranco and seconded by Committee Member Soehl to approve the May 20, 2025 meeting minutes. Voice vote to approve. Motion Passed. 3. Topics A. National Citizen Survey: Jody Moss, Budget Analyst Jody Moss, Budget Analyst, provided background on the National Community Survey, and information on the scope, timeline, and types of questions on the survey (presentation attached to the agenda). Following the presentation, there was discussion on some of the questions within the survey, and comparing the survey results with other cities. 4. Public Comment There was none. 5.
