Marion Rd. and north of Interstate 90.  REZ-012165-2020: Rezoning from the RD-1, Twin Home/Duplex Residential- Suburban district to the RT-1, Single-Family Residential - Traditional district located at 916 S 9TH AVE.   REZ-012175-2020: Rezoning from the RT-1 Single-Family Residential - Traditional district, to the RT-2 Townhome Residential-Traditional district located at 416 N Nesmith Ave.  SUB-P-012114-2020: Preliminary Subdivision Plan for Copper Crossing Addition located at the southeast corner of E. 26th St. and S.
