CALL TO ORDER AND DETERMINATION OF QUORUM

A motion was made by Erik Nyberg and seconded by Kurt Johnson to approve the
Consent Agenda.

Kittams; 0 No: (None). Motion Passed. Bradyn Neises recused him/herself from the
discussion and vote on this item pursuant to City Ordinance 35.028.

the Special Planning Commission Meeting on Monday, June 8, 2020, at 7 p.m.

Janet Kittams; 0 No: (None). Motion Passed.
B. Petition: REZ-012168-2020: Rezoning from S-2, Institutional Campus PUD to the
S-1, General Institutional district located at 2001 E. 8th St.
Legal Description: Lot 1 of School for the Deaf Addition to the City of Sioux Falls,
Minnehaha County
A motion was made by Kurt Johnson and seconded by Janet Kittams to approve Item
5B.
Voice vote to approve. 4 Yes: Kurt Johnson, Erik Nyberg, John Paulson, Janet
Kittams; 0 No: (None). Motion Passed. Bradyn Neises recused him/herself from the
discussion and vote on this item pursuant to City Ordinance 35.028.
