Minnesota Ave. Pending motion from the Meeting of Wednesday, May 7, 2025: Motion to approve by Erik Nyberg and seconded by Dana Fisher. A motion was made by Erik Nyberg and seconded by Dave Van Nieuwenhuyzen to amend "the Electronic Message Sign on the south side of the off-premises sign shall not exceed 14' x 24'. This shall not limit the total signage allowed on the south side of the off-premises sign from being up to 14' x 48'". Voice vote to amend. 4 Yes: Mike Gray, Erik Nyberg, John Paulson, Dave Van Nieuwenhuyzen; 1 No: Dana Fisher.
