Any business related outdoor activity areas need to be screened by a minimum 6' high fence to adjacent residential property. Petition: CU-012293-2020: Conditional Use Permit for a(n) Car Wash to be constructed within 250 feet of DD or AD forms located at 1801 W 41ST ST Legal Description: Lots 1 & 2, Lot IA Held Addition, Minnehaha County, SD A motion was made by Larry Luetke and seconded by Kurt Johnson to approve with conditions: 1. Provide a minimum of 5, 12-foot tall evergreen trees along the south property line; 2. Provide a minimum of a 6' fence on the south side of the existing alley. Petition: Update City of Sioux Falls Planning Commission Bylaws  Legal Description: A motion was made by Larry Luetke and seconded by John Paulson to approve Item 5C.
