Six Mile Rd. and north of E. 10th St.   12480-2020: REZONE from the C-2, Commercial-Neighborhood and Streetcar District to the I-1, Light Industrial District located south of W. Floyd, north of W. Madison St. and west of N. Terry Ave.  12556-2020: REZONE from the RA-2, Apartment Residential—Moderate Density District to the RA-1, Apartment Residential—Low Density District for allowed forms located at 7525 S.
