CONSENT AGENDA APPROVAL A motion was made by Larry Luetke and seconded by Kati Johnson to approve the Consent Agenda. Voice vote to approve. 5 Yes: Kati Johnson, Larry Luetke, Erik Nyberg, John Paulson, Janet Kittams; 0 No: (None). Motion Passed. Bradyn Neises recused himself from the discussion and vote on this item pursuant to City Ordinance 35.028. REGULAR AGENDA 4. REGULAR AGENDA APPROVAL A motion was made by Janet Kittams and seconded by Larry Luetke to approve the Regular Agenda. Voice vote to approve. 6 Yes: Kati Johnson, Larry Luetke, Erik Nyberg, John Paulson, Janet Kittams, Bradyn Neises; 0 No: (None). Motion Passed. 5. REGULAR AGENDA PETITIONS A. Legal Description: Lot 26, Block 7, Manifold Acres Addition to the City of Sioux Falls, Minnehaha County A motion was made by Larry Luetke and seconded by Kati Johnson to approve with conditions Item 5A: 1. 6' screen fence along the east property line; 2. 18' setback from the building to the east property line.
