APPROVAL OF MINUTES A. Planning Commission Briefing on November 5, 2024 B. Planning Commission Meeting on November 6, 2024 2. CONSENT AGENDA PETITIONS A. Petition: Rezoning from the RD-1 Twin Home/Duplex Residential—Suburban District to the C-2 Commercial—Neighborhood and Streetcar District located at 4801 and 4901 E. Grant St. Legal Description: Blocks 52 and 53 and the Vacated Rights of Way of Detroit Ave., LaSalle Ave., and Marquette Ave. Lying Adjacent, Capitol Hill Addition, City of Sioux Falls, Minnehaha County, SD A motion was made by Erik Nyberg and seconded by Dana Fisher to approve Item 2A. CONSENT AGENDA APPROVAL A motion was made by Dana Fisher and seconded by Erik Nyberg to approve the Consent Agenda. A motion was made by Erica Mullaly and seconded by Dana Fisher to amend by moving Item 2A to the Regular Agenda. Voice vote to amend. 4 Yes: Dana Fisher, Erica Mullaly, Erik Nyberg, Dave Van Nieuwenhuyzen; 0 No: (None). Motion Passed.
