MINUTES Tuesday, March 10, 2015 Public Services Committee * 4:45PM Carnegie Town Hall 235 West 10th Street Members Present: Council Member Michelle Erpenbach, Council Member Rick Kiley, Council Member Christine M. Erickson, Council Member Kermit L. Staggers Members Absent: None Staff Present: Tamara Jorgensen, MMC, Assistant City Clerk; David Bixler, Budget Analyst; and Jim David, Legislative/Operations Manager 1. Call To Order Committee Chair Christine M. Erickson called the meeting to order at 4:45 p.m. 2. Review and approval of Minutes dated February 10, 2015 A motion was made by Michelle Erpenbach and seconded by Rick Kiley to approve the minutes. Erickson called for a voice vote, all members voted yes. Motion Passed. 3. Subdivision Access by Mike Cooper, Director of Planning and Building Services; and Dean Lanier, Fire Marshal Mike Cooper, Director of Planning and Building Services; and Dean Lanier, Fire Marshal presented information regarding subdivision access. Public input was received from Council Member Kenny Anderson Jr. Discussion followed. 4. Proposed Ordinance Update on Mobile Vending by Adam Roach, Neighborhood Development Coordinator Adam Roach, Neighborhood Development Coordinator, reviewed a proposed ordinance regarding the mobile food vending business. Roach reviewed a PowerPoint Presentation with the Committee. Public input was taken from the following audience members: City Council Member Rex Rolfing, and Mobile Food Vendor Peter Chang.
