Applicant: Larry Crane Address: 604 N. West Ave. A motion was made by Johnson, seconded by Schiltz to approve the variance in standards in Section 45-19 (3)(6) and 45-20(4) (a)(b)(c) of the Floodplain Management Ordinance. Votes to approve: Roll Call: Yeses, Mack, Johnson, Helland, Schiltz, and Kolander, 5. Noes, 0. Motion Passed. Variances Approved. NEW BUSINESS Case: 10-01: Variance in (1) the required lowest floor elevation (including basement) from 1404' to 1392.8' for a restroom facility; (2) Relief from Section 45-19 (2)(3), &(4); (3) Relief from Section 45-20 (2) of the Floodplain Management Ordinance Applicant: City of Sioux Falls-Parks Department Address: 1802 E Cherry Rock Avenue A motion was made by Mack, seconded by Johnson to approve variance in (1) the required lowest floor elevation (including basement) from 1404’ to 1392.8’ for a restroom facility; (2) Relief from Section 45-19 (2) (3), & (4); (3) Relief from Section 45-20(2) of the Floodplain Management Ordinance. 1  Vote to approve: Roll call: Yeses, Mack, Johnson, Helland, Schiltz, and Kolander, 5. Case: 10-02: Variance in the required front yard setback from 25' to 8' Applicant: City of Sioux Falls-Fire Department Address: 301 S Sycamore Avenue A motion was made by Johnson, seconded by Mack to approve the variance in the required front yard setback from 25’ to 8’. Vote to approve: Roll Call: Yeses, Mack, Johnson, Helland, Schiltz, and Kolander, 5. Noes, 0. Motion Passed. Variance Approved.
