Vote to approve: Roll Call: Yeses, Johnson, Kummer, Schiltz, Van De Walle, Kolander, 5. Noes, 0. Motion Passed. Variance Approved. Case 10-04: Withdrawn by applicant prior to meeting. Case 10-05: Variance in the required front yard setback from 25’ to 15’. Applicant: George R. Murray Address: 3134 N. Jessica Avenue A motion was made by Schiltz, seconded by Johnson to approve a variance in the required front yard setback from 25’ to 15’. Applicant: Angela Sonnenschein 1  Address: 712 W Sterling Oak Cir A motion was made by Johnson, seconded by Schiltz to approve a variance in the allowable fence height from 4’ to 6’. Vote to approve: Roll Call: Yeses, Kummer, Schiltz, Van De Walle, 3. Noes, Johnson, Kolander, 2. Concurring votes necessary to grant a variance shall be three-fourths or four votes (15.63.090). Variance Denied. Case 10-07: Variance in the required front yard setbacks from 25' to 0' for parking. Applicant: Able Construction Address: 2215 N North Dr A motion was made by Johnson, seconded by Kummer to approve a variance in the front yard setbacks from 25’ to 0’ for parking and then amended to include a condition that the applicant meets the landscaping requirements as set forth by the City. Vote to Approve: Roll Call: Yeses, Johnson, Kummer, Schiltz, Van De Walle, 4. Noes, Kolander, 1. Motion Passed with a condition. Variance Approved. Case 10-08: Variance in (1.) the required side yard setback from 15' to 5'; and (2.) the required front yard setback from 18’ to 9’5”.
