Case: 12-28: Variance in: (1) to allow more than 10% non-living ground cover in the front yard setback; and (2) to allow parking in the required front yard setback. A motion was made by Henning, seconded by Miller to approve a variance in: (1) to allow more than 10% non-living ground cover in the front yard setback; and (2) to allow parking in the required front yard setback. There was another meeting in the building and she was not aware of being in the wrong location. A motion was made by Miller, seconded by Schiltz to reconsider the variance request due to applicant not being present for hearing.
