Case: 12-30: Variance in the required number of parking spaces from 157 to 119. Applicant: Vision Holding, LLC Address: 3001 & 3101 W. 57th St. A motion was made by Miller, seconded by Helland to approve a variance in the required number of parking spaces from 157 to 119. Vote to approve: Roll Call: Yeses, 5-Kolander, Neizert, Miller, Helland, and VanDeWalle. Noes, 0. Motion passed. Variance approved. Case: 12-32: Variance in the allowable fence height from 4' to 6' in a front yard. Applicant: Jon Lauck Address: 1918 S. Center Ave.  A motion was made by VanDeWalle, seconded by Helland to approve a variance in the allowable fence height from 4’ to 6’ in a front yard. Vote to approve: Roll Call: Yeses, 0. Noes 5- Kolander, Schlitz, Miller, Helland, and VanDeWalle. Motion failed. Variance denied. Election of Officers A motion was made by Miller to elect Schlitz as Chairman and Helland, Vice-Chairman, seconded by VanDeWalle. Vote to approve: Roll call: Yeses-5-Kolander, Schlitz, Miller, Helland, and VanDeWalle. Noes-0. Motion passed.
