Applicant: David Bertelson Address: 1800 S. Dorothy Avenue, Sioux Falls, SD 57103 A motion was made by Van De Walle, seconded by Schiltz to approve the reduction of required parking from 59 parking spaces to 33 parking spaces. Vote to approve: Roll Call: Yeses, 0; Noes, Schiltz, Van De Walle, Norman, Neitzart, Helland, 5. Motion failed. Variance denied. Adjournment A motion was made by Van De Walle, seconded by Neitzert to adjourn the meeting at 6:31 pm. Chairman Helland called for a voice vote. All members voted yes. Motion passed. 1
