Motion passed unanimous. NEW BUSINESS Case BOA-002218-2015: Variance in (1) the required (side-street-side) front yard setback from 10' to 5'-4” along S. 6th Avenue for a house addition; and (2) the required (side-street-side) front yard setback from 10' to 7' along S. 6th Avenue for a detached garage. A motion was made by Van De Walle, seconded by Schiltz to approve variance in: (1) the required (side-street-side) front yard setback from 10’ to 5’4” along S. 6th Avenue for a house addition; and (2) the required (side-street-side) front yard setback from 10’ to 7’ along S. 6th Avenue for a detached garage. Case BOA-002328-2015 Variance in the required side street front yard setback from 20’ to 15’ on E. Madison Street.
