Chairman Helland called for a voice vote. All members voted yes. Motion passed. NEW BUSINESS Case BOA-002399-2015: Variance in the required front yard setback from 25' to 15'. Applicant: Scott Lardy, TSP Inc. Address: 617 W. Algonquin St. A motion was made by Norman, seconded by Schiltz to approve a variance in the required front yard setback from 25’ to 15’. Vote to approve: Roll Call: Yeses, Neitzert, Van De Walle, Norman, Schiltz, Helland, 5. Noes, 0. Motion passed. Variance approved. Case BOA-002447-2015: Variance in the required front yard setback (side- street-side) from 20' to 17'9". Applicant: Gretchen Hedrick Address: 2100 S. Pendar Ln. 1  A motion was made by Neitzert, seconded by Schiltz to approve a variance in the required front yard setback (side-street-side) from 20’ to 17’9”.
