Applicant: Lamar Outdoor Advertising Address: 4200 W 41st St A motion was made by Neitzert, seconded by Henning to approve the variance in the allowable distance between off-premise signs (billboards) from 600’ to 264’. Vote to approve: Roll Call: Yeses-0. Noes,-Henning, Rients, Jones, Neitzert, and Helland, 5. Motion failed. Variance denied. Adjournment A motion was made by Jones, seconded by Rients to adjourn the meeting at 6:30 p.m. Chairman Helland called for a voice vote. All members voted yes. Motion passed. 1
