Chairman Helland called for a voice vote. All members voted yes. Motion Passed. NEW BUSINESS Case BOA-003875-2015 Variance in the required front yard setback from 25’ to 17’. Applicant: Daniel J. Nichols Address: 1404 S. Sherman Ave. A motion was made by Neitzert, seconded by Henning to approve a variance in the required front yard setback from 25’ to 17’. Vote to approve: Roll Call: Yeses, Rients, Everett, Helland, 3. Noes, Henning, Neitzert, 2. Motion failed. Variance denied. Case BOA-003876-2015 Appeal the decision of a zoning official to deny sign permit applications as detailed in an appeal memorandum. Applicant: Jeff Bratkiewicz 1 A motion was made by Neitzert, seconded by Rients to uphold the decision of the zoning enforcement manager in Case BOA-3876- 2015 for the address of 6729 W. 41st Street. Vote to approve: Roll Call: Yeses, Henning, Rients, Everett, Neitzert, Helland, 5. Noes, 0. Motion approved. Decision upheld. A motion was made by Neitzert, seconded by Henning to uphold the decision of the zoning enforcement manager in Case BOA- 3876-2015 at 1220 E. 58th Street. Vote to approve: Roll Call: Yeses, Henning, Rients, Everett, Neitzert, Helland, 5. Noes, 0. Motion approved. Decision upheld. A motion was made by Neitzert, seconded by Rients to uphold the decision of the zoning enforcement manager in Case BOA-3876- 2015 at 951 S. Marion Road. Vote to approve: Roll Call: Yeses, Henning, Rients, Everett, Neitzert, Helland, 5. Noes, 0. Motion approved. Decision upheld. A motion was made by Neitzert, seconded by Rients to uphold the decision of the zoning enforcement manager in Case BOA-3876- 2015 at 5108 S. Cliff Avenue. A motion was made by Neitzert, seconded by Henning that the Board of Adjustment determines that it has no jurisdiction to consider the application in Case BOA-3876-2015 at 2401 S. Louise Avenue. A motion was made by Neitzert, seconded by Everett that the Board of Adjustment determines that it has no jurisdiction to consider the application in Case BOA-3876-2015 at 3401 S.
