Chairperson Henning called for a voice vote. All members voted yes. Motion Passed. NEW BUSINESS Case BOA-005308-2016 Variance in the required front yard setback from 10’ to 1’ along W. Algonquin Street. Applicant: Mark Juhl Address: 1700 N. Minnesota Ave. A motion was made by Ryan Rients and seconded by Jacqueline Cole to approve a variance in the required front yard setback from 10’ to 1’ along W. Algonquin Street. Vote to approve: Roll Call: Yeses, Michael Jones, Ryan Rients, Robert Everett, Jacqueline Cole, 4. Noes, Kathryn Henning, 1. Motion Passed. Variance Approved. Jacqueline Cole stepped down from the board for the remainder of the meeting at 6:20 pm. Aaron Norman joined the board at 6:20 pm. Case BOA-005391-2016 Variance in the required front yard setback from 20’ to 18.91’ (18 feet -11 inches) for an attached garage.
