Chairperson Henning called for a voice vote. All members voted yes. Motion Passed. NEW BUSINESS Case BOA-006145-2016 Variance in (1) the required side yard distance between homes from 20' to 16' and (2) in the required rear yard distance between homes from 20' to 16'. Applicant: Jared Nelson Address: 914 S. Sunburst Place A motion was made by Michael Jones and seconded by Aaron Norman to approve a Variance in (1) the required side yard distance between homes from 20' to 16' and (2) in the required rear yard distance between homes from 20' to 16'. ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Ryan Rients and seconded by Robert Everett to adjourn the meeting at 6:35 p.m. Chairperson Henning called for a voice vote. All members voted yes. Motion Passed.
