APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF NOVEMBER 21, 2016 MEETING A motion was made Ryan Rients and seconded by Jacqueline Cole to approve the minutes of November 21, 2016. Chairperson Henning called for a voice vote. All members voted yes. Motion Passed. NEW BUSINESS Case BOA-006040-2016 Variance in (1) the required front yard setback from 25’ to 15’ along S. 7th Avenue; and (2) the required front yard setback from 25’ to 12’3” along E. 15th Street. Applicant: Harry Whelden Address: 715 S. 7th Ave. A motion was made by Ryan Rients and seconded by Robert Everett to approve a variance in (1) the required front yard setback from 25’ to 15’ along S. 7th Avenue; and (2) the required front yard setback from 25’ to 12’3” along E. 15th Street.
