Vice Chairperson Aaron Norman called for a voice vote. All members voted yes. Motion Passed. NEW BUSINESS Case BOA-005836-2016 Waiver of hard surfacing a portion of the parking lot for one year. Applicant: Feeding South Dakota Address: 4701 N Westport Ave A motion was made by Kathryn Henning and seconded by Ryan Rients to approve a waiver of hard surfacing a portion of the parking lot for one year. During the discussion, Michael Jones made a motion to amend to approve a waiver of hard surfacing a portion of the parking until Labor Day, 2017, which is September 4, 2017 and was seconded by Lori Eckrich. Vote on the motion to amend: Roll Call: Yeses, Ryan Rients, Lori Eckrich, Michael Jones, Kathryn Henning, and Aaron Norman 5. Noes 0.
