Chairperson Henning called for a voice vote. All members voted yes. Motion Passed. RECOGNITION OF SERVICE Recognition of service presented to Kathryn Henning by Mike Cooper, Director of Planning and Building Services. NEW BUSINESS Case BOA-007003-2017 Variance in: (1) the required side-street-side front yard setback from 10’ to 0’ on W 21st Street; (2) the required number of parking spaces from 98 to 54 parking spaces; and (3) a waiver to the buffer yard requirement adjacent to 1305 S Dakota Avenue. Applicant: Daniel Brendtro Address: 1320 S Minnesota Ave; 408 W 22nd St A motion was made by Aaron Norman and seconded by Ryan Rients to approve a variance in (1) the required side-street-side front yard setback from 10’ to 0’ on W 21st Street; (2) the required number of  parking spaces from 98 to 54 parking spaces; and (3) a waiver to the buffer yard requirement adjacent to 1305 S Dakota Avenue. Vote to approve: Roll Call: Yeses, Jacqueline Cole, Ryan Rients, Michael Jones, Aaron Norman, Kathryn Henning, 5. Noes, 0. Motion Passed. Variances Approved. Jacqueline Cole left the Board at this time, and was replaced by Robert Everett. Case BOA-007118-2017 Variance in the required front yard setback from 25’ to 21’. Applicant: Mark Honerman Address: 1708 S Churchill Ave A motion was made by Ryan Rients and seconded by Robert Everett to approve a variance in in the required front yard setback from 25’ to 21’. Vote to approve: Roll Call: Yeses, Robert Everett, Ryan Rients, Michael Jones, Aaron Norman, Kathryn Henning, 5. Noes, 0. Motion Passed. Variance Approved. ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Ryan Rients and seconded by Aaron Norman to adjourn the meeting at 6:40 p.m. Chairperson Henning called for a voice vote. All members voted yes. Motion Passed.
