Chairperson Aaron Norman called for a voice vote. All members voted yes. Motion passed. NEW BUSINESS Case BOA-007771-2017 Variance in: (1) the required front yard setback from 25’ to 17’ for a circular driveway; and (2) the required minimum street frontage for a circular driveway from 74’ to 71’.
