Chairperson Aaron Norman called for a voice vote. All members voted yes. Motion passed. NEW BUSINESS Case BOA-008128-2018 Variance in side street front yard setback from 20’ to 12.8’ parking lot. (E 26th Street) Applicant: Gary Harr Address: 1800 S Stephen Ave A motion was made by Michael Jones, seconded by Billy Pollema to approve the variance in the required side street front yard from 20’ to 12.8’ for parking lot (E 26th Street). Roll Call: Yeses: Jacqueline Cole, Craig Markhardt, Billy Pollema, and Aaron Norman, 4. Noes-Michael Jones, 1. Motion Passed. Variance Approved.
