Chairperson Aaron Norman called for a voice vote. All members voted yes. Motion passed. NEW BUSINESS Case BOA-008578-2018 Variance in required side yard setback from 5’ to 2.1’ for a house addition. Address: 1812 S 5th Ave After the clerk read the variance request into the record, board member Jacqueline Cole recused herself from the discussion and voting on this case due to a personal conflict of interest. A motion was made by Craig Markhardt, seconded by Ryan Rients to approve the variance in the required side yard setback from 5’ to 2.1’ for a house addition. Roll Call: Yeses: Ryan Rients, Billy Pollema, Craig Markhardt, and Aaron Norman, 4. Noes- 0. Motion Passed.
