Final Minutes Zoning Board of Adjustment Carnegie Town Hall Monday, August 20, 2018 6:00 p.m. MEMBERS PRESENT MEMBERS ABSENT Chairperson Aaron Norman Jacqueline Cole Ryan Rients Billy Pollema Michael Jones Craig Markhardt Patricia Reagan STAFF PRESENT Shawna Goldammer Barb Stoltenburg Maggie Squyer, Intern The meeting was called to order at 6:29 pm APPROVAL OF MINUTES OF JUNE 18, 2018 MEETING A motion was made by Craig Markhardt and seconded by Ryan Rients to approve the minutes of June 18, 2018. Chairperson Norman called for a voice vote. All members voted yes. Motion Passed. NEW BUSINESS Case BOA-008950-2018: Postponed to September 17, 2018 Case BOA-008968-2018: Variance in the required rear yard setback from 25’ to 13’8”. Applicant: Darrell Van Ravenswaay Address: 153 W. Doral Ct. A motion was made by Ryan Rients and seconded by Michael Jones to approve a variance in the required rear yard setback from 25’ to 13’8”. Vote to approve: Roll Call: Yeses, Ryan Rients, Michael Jones, Craig Markhardt, Patricia Reagan, 4. Noes, Aaron Norman, 1. Motion Passed. Variance Approved. PUBLIC INPUT ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS There was none. 1 Adjournment A motion was made by Michael Jones and seconded by Ryan Rients to adjourn the meeting at 6:46 pm.
