Chairperson Michael Jones called for a voice vote. All members voted yes. Motion passed. NEW BUSINESS Case BOA-010086-2019: Variance in the required front yard setback from 24.8’ to 19.5’ for a front entrance addition. Applicant: Paul Hemmingson Address: 209 S. Hampton Ave. A motion was made by Jacqueline Cole, seconded by Craig Markhardt to approve a variance in the required front yard setback from 24.8’ to 19.5’ for a front entrance addition.
