Chairperson Jacqueline Cole called for a voice vote. All members voted yes. Motion passed. NEW BUSINESS Next month's meeting moved to Wednesday, October 21, 2020 Case BOA-012712-2020: Variance (1) to allow parking in the required front yard setback; (2) to allow parking in the required side yard setback; and (3) to allow more than 10 percent nonliving ground cover in the required front yard setback. Elmwood Ave A motion was made by Mike Gray, seconded by Josh Muckenhirn to approve a variance in the required front yard setback from 25' to 2' to allow for a detached garage. A motion was made by Josh Muckenhirn, seconded by Michael Jones to amend the original variance request to a variance in the required front yard setback from 25' to 10' to allow for a detached garage.
