Hinks Cir A motion was made by Billy Pollema, seconded by Josh Muckenhirn to approve a waiver of hard surfacing of a parking lot until December 31st, 2025.  Voice vote to approve a waiver. Yes: (None), 0; No: Jacqueline Cole, Michael Jones, Josh Muckenhirn, Graham Oey, Billy Pollema, 5. Motion Failed. A motion was made by Graham Oey, seconded by Josh Muckenhirn to approve a waiver of hard surfacing of a parking lot until November 16th, 2022. Voice vote to approve a waiver. Cliff Ave A motion was made by Graham Oey, seconded by Josh Muckenhirn to approve a variance in the required front yard setback from 25' to 0' for a driveway. Voice vote to approve a variance.
