NEW BUSINESS Case BOA-014815-2021 Variance (1) in the required side-street-side front yard setback from 20’ to 17.5’ along E Walnut St and (2) in the allowable size of an accessory building from 616 square feet to 660 square feet. Applicant(s): Joanne Schumack Address: 1724 N Blauvelt Ave.  A motion was made by Jacqueline Cole, seconded by Mike Gray to approve a variance (1) in the required side-street-side front yard setback from 20’ to 17.5’ along E Walnut St and (2) in the allowable size of an accessory building from 616 square feet to 660 square feet. Roll call vote to approve a variance. Yes: Mike Gray, Jacqueline Cole, Michael Jones, Graham Oey, Billy Pollema, 5; No: (None), 0. Motion Passed. Case BOA-014842-2021 Variance in the side yard setback from 5’ to .8’. Applicant(s): Craig & Gail Shea Address: 115 N Duluth Ave. A motion was made by Michael Jones, seconded by Jacqueline Cole to approve a variance in the side yard setback from 5’ to .8’.
