NEW BUSINESS Case BOA-014906-2021 Variance (1) in the required front yard setback from 15' to 0' to allow for a driveway; and (2) in the required number of off- street parking spaces from nine to five. Applicant(s): Josh Coyle Address: 700 W. 43rd St. A motion was made by Billy Pollema, seconded by Mike Gray to approve a variance in the required front yard setback from 15' to 0' to allow for a driveway.  A motion was made by Billy Pollema, seconded by Mike Gray to amend by inserting "off of W. 43rd St. only" between 0' and "to allow".
