NEW BUSINESS Case BOA-015206-2021 Variance (1) in the required side yard setback from 5' to 2'; and (2) in the required rear yard setback from 25' to 2'; and (3) in the allowable size of an accessory building from 634 square feet to 728 square feet for a detached garage.. Applicant(s): Sean & Cassie Duffy Address: 218 W. 25th St. A motion was made by Michael Jones, seconded by David Locke to adopt approval of variance (1) in the required side yard setback from 5' to 2'; and (2) in the required rear  yard setback from 25' to 2'; and (3) in the allowable size of an accessory building from 634 square feet to 728 square feet to allow for a detached garage. A motion was made by Michael Jones, seconded by Billy Pollema to approve a variance (1) in the required front yard setback from 15' to 0'; and (2) in the allowable height of a fence in the front yard from 4' to 12' for tennis courts.
