NEW BUSINESS Case BOA-015903-2022: Variance in the required front yard setback from 10' to 2' to allow for a 6' high fence. Applicant(s): Ross & Liz Wheeler Address: 215 E. 27th St. A motion was made by Jacqueline Cole, seconded by Mike Gray to approve a variance in the required front yard setback from 10' to 2' to allow for a 6' high fence. A motion was made by Josh Muckenhirn, seconded by David Locke to amend the main motion by allowing a 6' high fence at grade level and 4’ high fence on the retaining wall.  Roll call vote on the amendment to the main motion. A motion was made by Mike Gray, seconded by Jacqueline Cole to approve a variance in the required rear yard setback from 15' to 5' to allow for a garage addition. A motion was made by David Locke, seconded by Mike Gray to amend to allow the variance in the required rear yard setback from 15’ to 5’and maintain 15' side yard setback along the west property line for a garage addition. A motion was made by Mike Gray and seconded by Jacqueline Cole to nominate Josh Muckenhirn as Vice-Chairperson of the Board. Roll call vote on the motion.
