Roll call vote to approve. Yes: Mike Gray, Chris Heidrich, David Locke, Josh Muckenhirn, Jesse Morris, 5; No: (None), 0. Motion Passed. NEW BUSINESS Case BOA-016033-2022 Variance (1) in the required front yard setback from 20' to 9.78’; and (2) in the required side street front yard setback from 20' to 10.06'; and (3) in the required south side yard setback from 5’ to 2.58’ to allow for an existing house. Applicant(s): Shimeles Tamire Address: 632 N. Wayland Ave.  A motion was made by Mike Gray, seconded by David Locke to approve a variance (1) in the required front yard setback from 20' to 9.78’; and (2) in the required side street front yard setback from 20' to 10.06'; and (3) in the required south side yard setback from 5’ to 2.58’ to allow for an existing house.
