NEW BUSINESS Case BOA-018830-2023 Variance in the required front yard setback from 20' to 10' to allow for a 6' high fence. Applicant(s): Jason Gatts Address: 4200 S. Minnesota Ave. A motion was made by Jesse Morris, seconded by Richard Thomason to approve. A motion was made by Jesse Morris, seconded by Richard Thomason to amend the main motion to approve a variance in the required front yard from 20’ to 16’ for a 6’ high fence.  Roll call vote on the amendment to the main motion. Yes: Josh Muckenhirn, Jesse Morris, Richard Thomason, Levi Pfeil, 4; No: Graham Oey, 1. Motion Passed. Roll call to approve the variance as amended.
