NEW BUSINESS Case BOA-019468-2024 Variance (1) in the required front yard setback from 20' to 15.8’ to allow for a circular driveway, (2) in the required side yard setback from 5' to 2' to allow for a garage expansion.. Applicant(s): Jarrod Smart Address: 21 S. Riverview Hts.  A motion was made by Kenley Lamberty, seconded by David Locke to approve a variance (1) in the required front yard setback from 20' to 15.8’ to allow for a circular driveway, (2) in the required side yard setback from 5' to 2' to allow for a garage expansion.
