UNFINISHED BUSINESS Case BOA-022891-2026 Variance to allow more than 10% non-living ground cover in the front yard setback. Applicant(s): Judy Dahl Address: 6809 E. Dugout Ln. A motion was made by Jesse Morris, seconded by David Locke to defer.  Roll call vote to approve. Yes: Brady Daly, Herm Harms, Kenley Lamberty, David Locke, Jesse Morris, 5; No: (None), 0. Motion Passed. NEW BUSINESS Case BOA-023048-2026 Variance (1) in the required front yard setback from 25' to 10'; a Waiver (2) of the Level B buffer yard requirements to allow for a parking lot and 6' fence. A motion was made by David Locke, seconded by Herm Harms to approve a variance (1) in the required front yard setback from 25' to 10'. Roll call vote to approve a variance. Yes: Brady Daly, Herm Harms, Kenley Lamberty, David Locke, Jesse Morris, 5; No: (None), 0. Motion Passed. A motion was made by Jesse Morris, seconded by David Locke to withdraw a Waiver (2) of the Level B buffer yard requirements. Roll call vote to withdraw.
