UNFINISHED BUSINESS Case BOA-022891-2026: Variance to allow more than 10% non-living ground cover in the front yard setback. Applicant(s): Judy Dahl Address: 6809 E. Dugout Ln. A motion was made by Jesse Morris, seconded by David Locke to approve. A motion was made by Jesse Morris, seconded by David Locke to amend the main motion to approve the revised site plan that was provided at the meeting.  Roll call vote to amend. Yes: Brady Daly, David Locke, Jesse Morris, Kenley Lamberty, 4; No: Harm Harms, 1. Motion Passed. Roll call vote to approve the motion as amended. Yes: Brady Daly, David Locke, Kenley Lamberty, 3; No: Jesse Morris, Harm Harms, 2. Motion Failed. NEW BUSINESS Recognition of service for David Locke and Jesse Morris.
