VII. NEW BUSINESS:
A 25-168 Preliminary Discussion / Direction for the FY2027 Municipal Budget -
Capital Projects (Assembly action may be taken)
Municipal Administrator John Leach provided an introduction of the upcoming budget
process. Finance Director Brooke Volschenk shared a presentation which covered
procedures of the capital planning process.
Assembly members asked questions regarding the budget process and capital
projects, and expressed concerns about potential rate increases.
