Meeting called to order by Chairperson Hilts at 7:00 p.m. Commissioners Present Commissioners Not Present Staff Present Mary Lou Hilts, Chairperson Gayle Green Melissa Guilbeau, Director Richard Reardon, Vice Chair Joseph Binder Theresa Alexander, Planner Landon Washington Michael Newton Tim Rogers 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Minutes. Chairperson Hilts introduced the January 25, 2021 meeting minutes and asked for questions or comments. Mr. Rogers made a motion to approve the minutes as written which Mr. Washington seconded. Motion passed by a vote of 4 YEAS, 0 NAYS, 0 ABSTAIN. 4. Public Hearing. There were none. 5. Other Business. There was none. 6. General and Public Comments a. Update on Comprehensive Plan. Consultant has begun work, including requesting data and information to review, preparing a website, designing and the City selected a logo, and scheduling the first meetings of the Steering Committee and Team Slidell for March 10. 7. Adjournment. Mr. Reardon made a motion to adjourn which was seconded by Mr. Washington and passed by vote of 4 YAYS, 0 NAYS, 0 ABSTAIN.
