Committee Chair Dunn called the meeting to order at 10:00 a.m.

Nicole Gorle, Sr. Legislative Analyst, provided a staff report for the following item:
1. Ordinance 24-070, authorizing the issuance and sale of a Taxable 2024-1841
Limited Tax General Obligation Bond of the County in an original
principal amount of $8,951,566 to obtain financing for the Airport
Inner Terminal Ramp Reconstruction Project; providing for the
disposition of the proceeds of sale of the bond; establishing funds
for the receipt and expenditure of bond proceeds and for the
payment of the bond; and providing for the annual levy of taxes to
pay the principal thereof and interest thereon
ACTION: Move to Regular Agenda, General Legislative Session August 14th to
set time and date for a public hearing.

2. Motion 24-281, authorizing the County Executive to sign the 2024-1448
agreement for 457 Trust Agreement between Snohomish County
and Nationwide Trust Company
ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session August 14th
for consideration.
3. Motion 24-283, authorizing an Intergovernmental Cooperative 2024-1392
Purchasing Agreement with the City of Granite Falls
ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session August 14th
for consideration.
4. Motion 24-311, authorizing Snohomish County Tourism Promotion 2024-1733
Area Agreement with City of Lynnwood
ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session August 14th
for consideration.

6. Motion 24-327, authorizing the County Executive to sign the 2024-1871
January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2028, Collective
Bargaining Agreement between Snohomish County, Washington
and the Snohomish County Corrections Guild

for consideration.
