Motion 24-269, approving awards for Affordable Housing 2024-1353 Preservation Program Committee Member Low inquired about ARPA (American Rescue Plan Act) funding timelines and Kara Main-Hester, Executive's Office, responded. Discussion ensued. ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session July 10th for consideration. Deb Bell, Sr. Legislative Analyst, provided a staff report and discussed items #2 and #3, Motions 24-275 and 24-276 together: 2. Motion 24-275, approving and authorizing the execution of the 2024-1402 agreement between Snohomish County and Ziply Fiber Northwest, LLC (Index) ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session July 10th for consideration. 3. Motion 24-276, approving and authorizing the execution of the 2024-1401 agreement between Snohomish County and Ziply Fiber Northwest, LLC (Verlot) ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session July 10th for consideration.
