ACTION ITEMS Jim Martin, Sr. Legislative Analyst, provided a staff report for the following items: 1. Ordinance 24-043, relating to purchases and contracts; updating 2024-1042 references; and amending Chapter 3.04 Snohomish County Code ACTION: Move the Substitute Ordinance to Administrative Matters, General Legislative Session July 3rd to set time and date for public hearing. 2. Motion 24-243, approving the Snohomish County Tourism 2024-1151 Promotion Area Business Plan 2024​ ACTION: Move to corrected Motion to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session July 3rd for consideration. 3. Motion 24-251, authorizing an intergovernmental Cooperative 2024-1169 Purchasing Agreement with the City of Redmond ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session July 3rd for consideration. 4. Motion 24-252, authorizing an Intergovernmental Cooperative 2024-1223 Purchasing Agreement with the City of Spokane ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session July 3rd for consideration. DISCUSSION ITEMS 1. Public Facilities District Annual Report 2024-1332 Jan Hawley, Snohomish County Finance David Hambelton, PFD Board Member Janet Pope, Lynnwood PFD Dave Hamilton, Snohomish County Public Facilities District Commission provided opening remarks. Sports Commission 2024-1333 Tammy Dunn, Executive Director, Snohomish County Sports Commission Tammy Dunn, Executive Director, Snohomish County Sports Commission, gave a PowerPoint presentation and answered question throughout. 3. Pacific Northwest Regional Economic Conference 2024-1334 Jim Martin, Council Staff Jim Martin, Sr. Legislative Analyst, discussed his attendance at the Pacific Northwest Regional Economic Conference.
