PUBLIC COMMENT There were no persons present wishing to provide public comment. Ordinance 23-140, approving the Puget Sound Taxpayer 2023-1427 Accountability Act (PSTAA) Interlocal Agreement and 2023-2024 Services and Expenditure Plan with Snohomish School District ACTION: Move to Administrative Matters, General Legislative Session January 17th to set time and date for public hearing. DISCUSSION ITEMS 1. North Counties' Human Services Update 2024-0017 Wyonne Perrault, North Counties’ Family Services Executive Director and Rosa Angela Morales Mata, Darrington Prevention Intervention Community Coalition along with Darrington Youth Coalition Members Eugenia Lopez, Cresencia Lopez, and Fritzy Aguillon Morales spoke about ongoing collaborations and activities of the North Counties' Family Services and responded to questions. 2. 2020 Hazard Mitigation Plan Annual Progress Report – 2023 2024-0018 Amy Lucas, Planning and Resilience Amy Lucas, Planning and Resilience, provided a PowerPoint presentation and responded to questions throughout.
