Motion 23-545, confirming the reappointment of Lisa George to the 2023-1432 Snohomish County Board of Health ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session January 10th for consideration. 2. Motion 23-546, confirming the reappointment of Desmond Skubi to 2023-1434 the Snohomish County Board of Health ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session January 10th for consideration. 3. Motion 23-553, reappointing Christine Frizzell to the Sound Transit 2023-1464 Board ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session January 10th for consideration. 4. Motion 23-554, reappointing Dave Somers, Snohomish County 2023-1469 Executive, to the Sound Transit Board of Directors ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session January 10th for consideration. 5. Motion 23-570, concerning the County Council's position on a 2023-1489 proposed Interlocal Agreement method annexation to the town of Woodway; BRB File No. 2023-04 - Point Wells Annexation ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session January 10th for consideration. The Committee concurred. 6. Motion 23-571, appointing Quynh Devitte to the Snohomish County 2023-1495 Tourism Promotion Area (TPA) Advisory Board ACTION: Move Corrected Motion to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session January 10th for consideration. 7. Motion 23-572, appointing Raechel Morera to the Snohomish 2023-1496 County Tourism Promotion Area (TPA) Advisory Board ACTION: Move Corrected Motion to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session January 10th for consideration. DISCUSSION ITEMS Mr. Countryman discussed the following items, including a proposed amendment to Motion 23-542. 1. Motion 23-539, referring proposed code amendments relating to 2023-1435 Attached Single Family Housing to the department of Planning and Development Services and the Snohomish County Planning Commission 2. Motion 23-540, referring proposed code amendments to reduce the 2023-1436 minimum lot sizes in LDMR and MR zoning to the department of Planning and Development Services and the Snohomish County Planning Commission 3. Motion 23-541, referring propose code revisions to increase 2023-1437 flexibility regarding location of parking to the department of Planning and Development Services and the Snohomish County Planning Commission 4.
