Gary Noble, resident of Snohomish County, spoke about the 2024 Comprehensive Plan Update. Kristin Kelly, resident of Snohomish County, spoke about the 2024 Comprehensive Plan Update. Brett Coleman, resident of Snohomish County, spoke about the Urban Growth Area. Susan Davis, resident of Monroe, spoke about housing. ACTION ITEMS Ryan Countryman, Sr. Legislative Analyst, provided a staff report for the following items. 1. Ordinance 23-057, relating to fireworks; amending Snohomish 2023-0614 County Code Section 30.53A.710 Michael McCrary, Planning and Development Services, responded to questions. ACTION: Move to Administrative Matters, General Legislative Session April 10th to set time and date for public hearing. 2. Ordinance 24-021, relating to Growth Management; concerning 2024-0321 rural cluster subdivisions and short subdivisions; amending Chapters 30.25 and 30.41C of the Snohomish County Code Henry Jennings and David Killingstad, Planning and Development Services, provided a PowerPoint presentation and responded to questions.
