Thadius Gregory, commenting on behalf of Lewis, resident of Snohomish County, spoke about the 2024 Comprehensive Plan Update, Docket SW10. Hanna, resident of Snohomish County, spoke about the 2024 Comprehensive Plan Update. ACTION ITEMS Ryan Countryman, Sr. Legislative Analyst, provided a staff report for the following items. 1. Motion 24-156, appointing Michael A. Ibarra of Everett to the 2024-0476 Evergreen State Fair Advisory Board ACTION: Move to Consent Agenda, General Legislative Session April 24th for consideration. 2. Motion 24-157, referring proposed code amendments to revise 2024-0495 regulations for Day Care Centers to the Department of Planning and Development Services and the Snohomish County Planning Commission Committee Vice-Chair Dunn requested Council staff to follow up on State licensing requirements.
